In each session, we'll dive further into your spiritual & emotional healing, identify limiting subconscious beliefs and blocks keeping you stuck, clear out old energy, and give you the tools to change so you feel more empowered, centred in your capabilities, more compassionate towards yourself, and ultimately shift to where you desire to be. Developed with a custom coaching blueprint, yet tailored to your individual needs, sessions combine intuitive wisdom, spiritual coaching, personal development, NLP, mindfulness and meditation techniques, energy work, hypnosis, and hypnotic tools. DURATION Sessions are 120 minutes, conducted over Zoom, and spread over maximum of 12 weeks. After nine weeks together, you'll go from feeling disempowered to empowered. You'll shift your mindset, harness your energy and feel more capable and in alignment to live an expanded and fulfilling life.
